Clean, quiet, location is good too. the cleanness of the facility is always my 1st priority to book my room, but the pillows are too soft

Staff are friendly, professional attitude and services, special Wendy Ouyang, the guest service center trainee. I left my body ointment in my room when I checked out, she reach out to me via email to ask me how do I want to proceed this simple item. That is a well training of your staff. Definitely will recommend

Really beautiful facility in one of the most beautiful area of Guangzhou

It is pricier than any other Marriott chain Hotel I stayed during my week long trip in China

The rooms are amazing, spacious, comfortable, nothing missing. Clean.

Restaurants close too early. Last order accepted by 20:45 PM. Almost all the hotel staff cannot speak English.

Relaxed atmosphere and attentive staff

Very minor but in the shower to entire floor flooded every time you showered may be a squeegee blade would help as floor becomes slippery room 3009

Location was ideal, as the convention centre was connected to the hotel via a walkbridge.

Check in and check out was a bit slow.

Clean and modern

Basically nothing just that the location is very far from the airport. Also night concierge didn’t speak English which is something that could be worked on

English was quite weak Nothing else

Everything is awesome. The staff were so helpful and they helped us call taxis wherever we wanted to go. They also recommended that we could eat at really good restaurants nearby. Our room was great the view. The hotels breakfast was so good that it was worth the stay at the hotel. I will recommend everyone to stay in this hotel.

Everything was amazing! Team made everything to make our experience seamless. Very friendly and accommodating. We got a complimentary upgrade during our check in and this was a very pleasant surprise. We will definitely come back.

While I stayed in the hotel, all staff were very helpful, kind, & nice. Even though my room had a little problem, the manager took good care of that issue & even upgraded my room. I felt very comfortable rest of days until checked out.Also, special thanks to Rio & Albert, both of the managers really helped me a lot.

All staff in the hotel were very kind & nice, but some of them did not understand English very well. That was a little inconvenience.

Staff don’t speak English, so it makes it very very difficult. We ordered drinks from in room dining and each time it took over 15 mins to just make them understand what we were asking for.

Breakfast spread was good. Hospitality excellent. All thanks to Mr. Rio & Mr. Albert to take care of the smallest things and making the stay & travel comfortable and easy.

Great Hospitality! Special mention for Mr. Albert - Head of concierge services as he has been very warm & helpful for all my travel needs & he’s always caring and patient. Very friendly nature & excellent communication skills. Keep it up!!!

Spa - since it’s outsourced, you can consider it only for extra services. So was not helpful for me to relax my muscles due to 9 hours walking continuously in the fair.

great location and view , near the zoo and.water park, also a lot good restraunt around

found blood on pillow case(the solution was giving us fruit and biscuit..... )and also the service is not good, they dont really care, kinda act like robots and cold face... alao swimming pool was open to everyone, a lot of people in the dressing room and it was not that clean. the return of deposit took longer than a week.. really really unprofessional
